Lacco Ameno-Crescenzo Belluomo, goodbye to the poison. "Lies and mockery, you deserve those who treat you badly."

If Gigi Buffon has problems in Paris, Crescenzo Belluomo has them in Lacco Ameno. The "Marotta della Fundera" is no longer the sporting director of ASD Lacco Ameno 2013, and he says so bluntly. His farewell is a fiery open letter, published on social media, that reads like a frontal indictment of the club.
"After six years, unfortunately, the time has come to say goodbye, the time has come to part ways, the time when our paths diverge and each goes their own way..." Belluomo writes, opening his statement with a melancholy tone that quickly turns sharp. He recalls "six very long years" filled with "numerous battles (sporting and otherwise)" in which, he emphasizes, "we have always given our best!!"
Then, as if to clarify his approach, he added: "In football, as in life, you don't always win, and you don't always get the results we often deserve... but what matters is always giving it your all, never holding back, so as to never have any regrets." A self-defense and, at the same time, a warning to those who judged him. "Yes, as a sporting director and collaborator, I have always given my all and always put the team first, despite many problems, both work-related and family-related. All this without ever expecting anything in return, because those who know me well know that for me, Lacco Ameno has always been the only love (football-wise) for which I have pushed myself to do all this!"
Then comes the breakup. "Until a few days ago, I had hoped for something I'd been anxiously awaiting for a long time, but in the end it turned out to be just lies and a joke!!" Here the tone becomes relentless: Belluomo speaks of disappointment, broken promises, and words devoid of meaning. But the hardest blow comes from internal management: "I was also very disappointed by people who, despite everything I've done/given for this company, didn't deign to tell me things as they were in a face-to-face meeting, but rather as they are used to doing 'for the sake of the vicar and the vicar.'" A clear dig, with names left unsaid but easily guessed, concluded with a stinging thrust: "Maybe because, deep down, you deserve people who treat you badly and talk behind your back like you did to me!!"
The ending, however, softens, addressing the players and clearly separating the team from the club: "Finally, I really want to thank all my boys from the bottom of my heart, both those who have been part of the team and those with whom I have formed special relationships!! Thank you guys for fighting together over these 6 fantastic years, remember that the director will always be there for you!!! And always remember one thing, that although each of us may have problems or character flaws, when something is done with HEART AND PASSION, it NEVER goes wrong! – YOUR DS!"
These words left a heavy echo in the locker room and among the fans, opening a delicate chapter for the club. Meanwhile, the club has confirmed the rest of the organizational structure for the 2025-26 season: Michele De Siano will be honorary president, while Salvatore Castagna will remain the operational president. Vice president Luigi Giulietti, known as "Pippottino," will work alongside general manager Antimo Lupoli.
The sports department will be led by Giovanni Migliaccio as director, with Alessandro Capuano in charge of the youth team. Alfonso Cantelli will handle digital communications as social media manager, while Michele Calise, nicknamed "Dottore," will be the secretary, and Gaetano Mocciaro will serve as warehouse manager.
The first team's technical guidance has been entrusted to Ciro Saurino, supported by Giovanni Iovine, also match analyst and coach of the Under 19s. Goalkeeping training is in the hands of Michele D'Ambrosio. The season thus begins with an explosive mix of enthusiasm and internal fractures: on the one hand, the organization ready to face new challenges, on the other, the long shadow of a farewell that, in terms of words and timing, threatens to weigh more heavily than any defeat on the pitch.
